Behind our success is a dedicated team of leaders who are committed to providing an exceptional baseball experience.
The club president oversees all aspects of club management with the support of the VP. The other elected officeholders are the secretary and treasurer. The secretary is responsible for organising committee meetings and for formal communication with the ABA and BNZ. The treasurer is responsible for the annual budget, accounts payable and receivable, and regular financial reporting.

The elected officeholders appoint additional members of the club executive committee to assist with general management. These include the past president (leads various special projects), a grants lead (applies for funding from grants providers and ensures compliance), a fundraising events lead (runs fundraisers such as raffles, quiz nights, and so on), a communications and promotions lead (newsletters, social media channels, and community events), and a disciplinary lead (responsible for the application of our values and codes of conduct).

The elected officeholders appoint additional members of the club executive committee to assist with technical management. These include a head coach (sets coaching expectations and provides technical support to coaches), a head of baseball operations (responsible for team managers, club equipment, and the groundskeeping team), a head scorer and head umpire (provide technical leadership to our volunteer umpires and scorers throughout the club), and a team rep for each summer programme drawn from players (adult programmes) and coaches/managers (for junior and youth programmes).
